Welcome to my homepage. I am a Professor in the Department of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences at the University of Alberta. My primary research interests lie in optimal transportation; I am also interested in mathematical economics and mathematical physics.

I am a member of the Kantorovich Initiative, an interdisciplinary research organization focused on optimal transport and its many applications. We are organizing a summer school in 2022; details and registration information can be found here.
